Mothers Day
There’s no better way to honor Mom than to treat her to lunch or dinner at the River Inn. We’ll be serving our regular delicious menu along with some fantastic specials, just for Mom. The Backyard BBQ will also be up and running – better than ever!

Remember Jake Stock and the Abalone Stompers? Jake’s son, Jackson Stock, will be playing on the lower deck along the Big Sur River from 1-5pm on Mothers Day. It’s a special treat whenever we have the opportunity to host Jackson and his band, and I know he’ll give us a wonderful afternoon of music.

Happenings
• We were delighted to have a special guest last week at the River Inn. The Travelocity Traveling Gnome spent a little time relaxing in the river and enjoying life. Log in to the Big Sur River Inn Facebook page to view some photos from his visit.

• For the second year in a row, the River Inn’s Bloody Mary was voted the best in the County in the Monterey County Weekly’s annual “Best of” issue. Be sure to have one of our friendly bartenders show you why on your next visit.

• Raul has added a beautiful selection of fresh produce to the offerings in the River Inn Market. We receive produce deliveries at least 5 times a week, so it’s always fresh and delicious, just like our signature burritos and smoothies. And Raul has just expanded the Market hours – we’re available 7:30am to 9pm every day through the summer.
